About
Our paths in life all happen for a reason. My path has been to become a yoga instructor, a therapist, a wholistic nutritionist, a nanny, and an energetic healer. Each of those roles has taught me how to hold space for people and to truly listen to their needs. Now as a Birth Doula I hold space for women and support them during the biggest transformation of their lives! As a Postpartum Doula I give the parents an opportunity to sleep while their baby is being held with tender loving care.

I grew up attending births because my mother was a Midwife. I still remember my first time seeing the Placenta explained. This created a passion within me to support women and children. Due to the abundance of babies in my life, I have had a child on each hip most of my life. I began nannying at the age of 12 years old. Over the years, I have cared for all ages from infants to 10 year olds. For a period of time, I was able to care for 7 children at once. As a Postpartum Doula I have experience with twin infants, night feeds, sleep schedules and more. As a child, watching my mother care for women engrained in me the Wisdom and Patience to guide and care. As a Birth Doula, I share that wisdom and patience with you.
When I’m not holding little ones in my arms or guiding women to breathe, I am a very active person. For fun, I do Acrobatic Yoga, where I am spun and lifted upside down and all around by another person. I love theatre and recently performed in a theatrical dramatic clowntastic performance. I could cook for days, just don’t ask me to bake. Hiking, dancing, and traveling the world all bring warmth to my heart.
