As a Holistic Nutritionist, MScN, I offer you guidance in trusting your body and the messages it sends you around cravings and needs. I will provide you a personalized nutrition package for each trimester to increase your baby’s health and decrease your pregnancy symptoms (nausea, fatigue, headaches).
